Update on my April first baby Plumey!

Well, it's been just over a month....and boy was it a long one. Plumey is starting to show signs of life. And her mother plant is recovering quite nicely as well. I promised pictures, and here they are. Here you see the "cutting" I am trying to root beginning to do something, hopefully that's a leaf, or a branch or something fun.

These are pictures of the mother plant now recovering from her "surgery". I've brought the baby inside, she's gettin' sunburned. I'll keep you updated on the progress!

Busy Bee!

I have been busy as a little bumble bee. Buying plants is one of the funnest things I can imagine. I have been starting tubers, and seeds like crazy hoping that something will sprout and grow up big enough that I can incorporate it into my future landscaping. I'll post pictures as soon as I can.  Also, my April 1st baby is finally doing something. I hope it's not just leaves that are sprouting...but we shall see. I have several projects planned, but until I have some significant cash flow again, those plans are just that...plans. It's a shame I can't just win the lottery or something. ;-)

As for the job, it's slow going. I've been working on training modules so that when I'm actually hustlin' plants and landscaping equipment, I'll know what I'm talkin' about. It's been somewhat of a hazard though, I've discovered that I want a vacuume blower...lol. It's not like I have a huge use for it, but it sounds really cool.

As for working on the floor, it's been quite the little adventure as well...I am getting to interact with the most amazing people.  Gardeners are so happy!  I love it!!!
